I'm looking for a friend for my spayed female rabbit. She has proven herself to be quite high strung and nervous, so a calmer friend might be necessary. Shes your stereotypical lionhead girl ;)

The rabbit i'm looking for must be neutered. Small rehoming fees are fine, but I dont want to pay 80+ dollars. Id prefer to find a different way to prove myself to be a good rabbit owner.

Rest assured I'm looking in all the shelters too. Its just been hard. I'd love a lop, but i'm open to other options. A boy rabbit would probably be best, but if she likes a girl thats fine too. I'm located in Santa Cruz, but come to san Francisco often and am willing to do some traveling.

Please let me know if you have a rabbit, or know of a specific shelter rabbit that might work particularly well.

Your bunny looks familiar, but if you don't know about us, The Rabbit Haven is located in Santa Cruz, and we hold adoption shows in Soquel twice a month. We have many many bunnies available for adoption.

Have you tried Petfinder? Whenever I go on there, CA has the most rabbits available for adoption than rest of the country it seems. They are usually already spayed/neutered,so thecost is a bit more for that reason. I've seen adopt fee of $75 average.;) They are usually also already litter trained, so that's another plus. You have to give them credit for trying to discount the already insane population of buns that need homes and help them out by adopting.;)

Best of luck, I hope you save a bun fora long time friend.:)
