looking for a free website software to download

I like doing my own websites. I have a hosting plan already for my hubs site. I will be purchasing a domain name for my sister soon.

I have used joomla, nuke and one other. I need something that is easy to work with, adding photos and stuff. I can do html pages, as well too.

but I like doing something where I can do my own theme. I know many of you are not familiar with things like that. So those of you who do work on things like that could you give me a few.

Also skins/templates with beaches backgrounds or themes.

I know you have experience but this site may be a help to you as it is designed specifically for memorials and there is also a support network on there with a forum etc.
