So almost all teams have an intro kinda dance. We decided we wanted to be all show offy ... is that even a word?

Most teams do something like this...

Oh no.. not us.. we're gonna do this intricate lil thing..basically this exact same thing shown here.

Problem being, depending on your strength as a skater, nobody has exactly perfect timing.. so like clockwork, when everybody gets to the point where he rocks on his skates.. at 1:26 in the video, we all start droppin on our fannys like Bride's at a sample sale..

Domino's

Toy Soldiers..

Tree Hugger's at a protest..

I suggested we take it out.. Team Captain won't hear of it... NOPE!

So this is what I get for my troubles... I think it is the Orion Nebula...

Everytime I hit the ground I say to myself.. "I am to old for this.."

And yet I am still there..

I need to go back to a nice safe sport..like bunny wranglin..lol

That bruise serious is the most awesome bruise I have seen in my life the range of colours is amazing, you should be proud!

Please post a vid when you've done that dance i'd love to see it!

Wow, girl! OW! That looks very ouch. I was just going to say before reading below the dance vid that I hope everyone on the team has super strong legs for the front/back skate lift move. Sounds like a good modification to drop instead. The 2nd one is definitely a lot more snazzy, very cool. :biggrin2:

The pic is kinda deceiving.. its about as big as my hand..prolly 5 to 6 inches long by 4 inches across...

That'll learn me to keep my skate out from underneath my fanny..
