Long Weekend Anyone Have Exciting Plans

Since it's a long weekend here in Canada:Canada small: and I think in the States,:USA: does anyone have any exciting plans?

My excitement is being with my Babies, as the hubby is working and will be in Montreal. So I sure do hope some people will be around this weekend to keep me company. LOL

Maybe I will go buy myself a bottle of my favorite rum Cyclone,:toastingbuns it has a touch of Tequila (probably spelt wrong) and a touch of lime. It's quite a nice drink I have it with Diet Coke. Boy don't I sound exciting.

Oh yeah I have to go buy a corner computer desk so I can redo the room for when Winston & Vega come. I saw one at Walmart for $59.00 I think I will go get it this weekend.

I also got a coupon to get a Blizzard from from Dairy Queen, so hopefully Crystal(ball) wants to go this weekend.

Well I hope to hear about everyones plans for the weekend.

Although it's not technically a long weekend here, I do have one as I'm not going back to school until Wednesday.

On Saturday I am going shopping ( I need so much stuff for school!) and then I'm going our for supper with my sister and a few of her friends as it's my sis's birthday soon (even though they are all 8 years older than me they wanted me to come along, in the words of my sister's best friend "yeah, Jess is so cool - bring her!" Lol, bless them! I guess I'm an old soul really.)

I'm not sure what I'm doing on Sunday, probably more shopping as I doubt I will get everything on Saturday, then I need to finishmy stupid book for school and write a page about it.:rollseyes

Big plans for tomorrow - we are going to the bank to make our final mortgage payment:rainbow::yes::great:l

Then I will take Greg to the Main Street Cafe for a small celebration http://www.themainstreetcafe.com/

Then it's back to the usual weekend shopping at Wally Mart and the grocery for bunny greens and cat food. Visit the shelter on Sunday to scrub floors, change boxes, etc. And maybe sleep 1/2 the day on Monday and be totally lazy.

I do have a quilt cut out I need to start sewing on, actually 2 quilts. They were supposed to be baby shower gifts and I am a little late... sure hope I finish before these babies are in college.

Thank you! We were due to pay off in 2020 but have been making extra payments for a while. I am so relieved.

Then I amspending more of my time with the two bunnies separately as I don't want to introduce them yet. I am helping a brother inlaw reshingle his roof, hopefully it will be done this weekend.And I have so many pictures to post for other people. Serves me right for taking so many pictures. On Sunday night I have a banquet for an inlaws 70th Birthday. Looks like I will be taking morepictures again. :camera

It's a long weekend here, too

Though this teeechnically isn't the weekend yet, I'm getting my new little kitten today :biggrin2: So I'll be spending a lot of time with the animals this weekend.
....And probably working things out with college, too, since it starts on Tuesday.

I have a wedding to go to tomorrow, then the rest will probably be just getting things ready to go back to school and hanging with bunnies!

Some old family friends are coming up to visit this weekend and we're going to go to the state fair and then driving the denali highway. I'm worried because my new memory card for my camera hasn't come yet so I might end up only being able to take 50 pictures of the whole weekend...not enough.

Friday I was lazy, I was on the internet a lot and slept some.

Saturday I did a lot of house cleaning.

Today we were supposed to meet up, my parents and I, but Mom was not feeling good so our plans were cancelled. I'm in limbo not knowing what to do.

Monday morning I am getting my new dog. Early evening I'll have to sleep though, because I have to work Monday night.

Well yesterday was boring, shopped for Veggies for the babies. Today my Niece came over for dinner which was nice. We went to Wallymart and I bought the Corner Computer desk that i need so I can change the room around for when Winston and Vega come.

So now I only need too get hubby to put it together. Hmmmm I wonder how long that will take,:waiting: I'm still waiting for him to change the bathroom sink faucet, it's only been a year since I bought it. But oh yes it's my fault that it hasn't been changed because god forbid he can't take the stuff from underthe sink, he needs me to do that.:disgust:MEN.
