Little Penny and Fat Tony

Well, as some of you may have gathered from a smattering of my postings, I have a new foster family.

I started out with Penny and her two babies:




But the little guy didn't make it,


So now it's just momma (Penny) and Tony (Fat Tony because he's just huge!)

When Penny first came to me, I was scared she was going to bite myhands off! She was very hand shy and would box, lunge andbite at hands. But after a few dominance sessions (gentlypushing her head down when she lunged at me), and a few treat sessionswith the boyfriend, she's the biggest mush in the world.

Just last night I was putting my face up the the cage and she was kissing anything she could get her little tongue on.

And she now lies as close as she can get to us in her run around pen, and is constantly begging for treats.

There they are! Oh they were the sweetest littlebunnies. You can't tell from the pics but the mom is really smallherself! Dawn has done such a great job on working with the mom.

I do have new pictures, but I haven't gotten around to posting them yet.

Like how Tony is my new couch buddy. He comes and snuggles onthe couch with me every night while mom gets out of cage time, as hecan squeeze through the gaps in my puppy pen.

Perhaps I'll upload them tonight.

Well, as far as I know the mom is alreadyadopted and once the baby is 8 weeks old she'll get spayed and sent offto her new home.

Someone involved in the rescue has been holding out for an itty bittybunny girl, and considering how she's now the sweetest little bun ever,she's pretty much got it made now!

And Tony I'm sure will be snatched up pretty quick, I'm going to makesure he's super personable and stays a cute little couch potatoe bun.

I'll get the pictures as soon as I get home today!
