Litter in production!

They are due December 3rd but I felt at least three babies! Roxanne is cleaning up her food, too...

Can't wait - a year ago I was on the hunt for Checkered Giants and now I have a litter due!!!inkbouce:

I hope you get blues too! lol Their blue's name is Dale. He is really hyper and crazy, but I always wanna snuggle him. I love the marking on their nose/mouth.

I like that one too - Weatherly was fascinated by the big bunneh....

I have to take a picture of Saoirse with Calliope and Grace - giant bunnehs and mini horse - she will press her nose against their hutch to check the rabbits out... thisis a new activity for her!

Not yet - I think she will start tomorrow. I usually go two days prior to the kindling date.

She is chowing down a lot of food... building those pretty babies....

She dug out a nest in the box but has not pulled any fur...:? She is growling and grumpier than normal for her... day 31 is today... I will give her until day 34 and then we will try again...:sad:

My Netherland Dwarf doe didn't even make a proper nest, never mind pull fur until the last couple of minutes before she gave birth. It really does sound like she is pregant. I bet they will be here in no time

Day 34... and nothing... I am guessing a false pregnancy as she made another nest (although not in her nestbox) and she is very growly and nasty in her cage but comes up for her daily noserubs...I could have sworn I palpated a kit earlier on but maybe it was just a few huge Checkered Giant poops in the poop chute...:litterhealthy:

After our January 3rd show, I will try again.

Some new Hollands swill be joining me on December 19th - two new does and two bucks... guess I will have to try them.
