LionHead help!

so I have this LionHead rabbit and he is around 6–7 months old and I noticed that his main has disappeared!! Is their a reason for this? Will it grow back? He was a double mained LionHead and it is all gone. it is summer also dose that have anything to do with that?
I also believe he came from a purebreds parents also.

Lionheads usually have more mane when they're younger, and lose some when they molt into their adult coat at about 6 months old. Usually double maned lionheads don't lose it all though, even if they're on the sparser side of the mane spectrum
