Shaded Night Rabbitry

So. I have a good friend from 4H who breeds and shows cavies. They've had rabbits all their life, but never did anything as far as showing goes.
Lately, I've been going over there to help her learning rabbit fitting and showing, so she can participate more. The last show we went to together, she ended up getting a couple of free rabbits. A HUGE mini rex doe, who through diet and time outta the cage, they got down to a showable weight. (Yaaay. XD She has a 4H purebred project now.)
The lionhead they got... My god. First off it was so cage aggressive... They worked on that. Now he's fine, for the most part. But his weight has just dropped to nothing. He was a big boy, too, when they got him. But no where near as big as the mini rex.
Her rabbits are on the same feed as mine (which mine have done GREAT on). Albers 16%. They're fed appropriately, other then the lionhead. He's fed far more than he should be. But.. He's just this stick. You can feel every bone, especially down his back. It's just horrible. And if I didn't know better, I'd say he wasn't eating period. But I know he is.
Any tips on what to do? They've been trying everything. Wormed him. Increased feed. I'm just worried about him.
