Lilacs

I'm currently living in the house that my grandparents lived at for 40+ years and never really took the time to notice the GORGEOUS lilac bushes my grandmother took care of in her backyard. This spring, they are in full bloom, adding vibrant color and great fragrance to the backyard. I was wondering if my rabbit could eat the leaves or flowers off of them.

They are listed as safe on this site http://www.rabbitsanctuary.org/about_rabbits/about_greens.php

I've never fed them to rabbits, but I know the wild rabbits love the tender bark!

We feed our kids the flowers every year...
Our bushes are out front...so when they bloom you can see the little bunny noses going berzerk! LOL:biggrin2:

Our kids have never really bothered with the bark or leaves...they are listed as bunn safe though!
