October 13, 2009 we brought our Sahara rabbit home. I picked her from a guy that raises rabbits. He told me that if we got to where we couldn't take care of her she could go in the wild! (THAT'S NOT HAPPENING). She is an inside rabbit and doesn't like the outdoors at all. She has given us comfort, joy and STRESS! She has a bad habit of chewing on cable wires, lamp wires and cell phone wires. The lamp and cell phone charges are usually plugged in when she decides to chew on them. 5 years in the making, she is litter box trained and doesn't like lettuce or carrots. She would rather have fruits. I can honestly say that this one thinks she is a lap dog and if something happens to her I can't replace her!
