Licking?

I'm a new bun owner, Sasha has been with me for a week today. She's around two months old (the store owner wasn't there, clerk didn't know). I expected a scared rabbit, she just got pulled away from her bun pals and now in this huge new world!

I sat down on the floor and ignored her, watched tv, got on the computer, etc. So she'd get used to me, let her roam around the bunny proof room after a good cleaning, and she was fearful the first day. After that she jumps right on the blanket (tile floor, A/C makes it cold for my skin xD no fur bonus!) and starts licking me. I pet her and she stopped, then when I stop, she licks me until I pet her o-o; I imagine she's grooming me, but is that a good thing? xD

It is! Bunny are social animals, and groom each other. She's accepting you as part of her family. When you pet her, it's like you're grooming her, so she licks you to groom you back. You've got a very friendly bun

Thanks for the replies! That's great news I thought it was a good thing, but was a bit confused because it had only been two days since she was around me! I expected having to warm up to her for weeks! I'm glad I didn't have to hehe I also ready somewhere that it could be that she's lonely, because all her life she was with kits at the pet store and suddenly all alone with these huge two legged things. So I got a bit worried :3

I love getting "bunny love" from Pepsi she grooms me atleast 4 times a day. The only part i dont like is when she grooms my face and gets close to my hair, she wants to chew off a bunch

Felix gave me lovely little licks when I first met him, at the breeder's, but since then he's withheld them for the most part! Clem, on the other hand, is a bit more groomy. Not as much as Pepsi up there, but every few days she'll give me a little groom on the arm or leg, which is nice.
