I posted pics of this guy in my bunny blog, too. I am really not for sure what he is, I am thinking Holland Lop mix with lots of ear control? He is a real sweetheart, anyway, whatever he is. He is about five months, I would guess five pounds-ish. We will know for sure when he goes in for his neuter tomorow morning.

His body looks a lot like my Magic does! Same head-shape, lots of ear control, and same "poses" lol. Especially the second one.

I want a pre-madonna breed! So cute! LOl. :biggrin2:J/K.

LOL at my hubby.

He looks like a brother to a bunch of rabbits that came in to my shelter the day after Easter. All siblings, half had lop or helicopter ears. The shape of his ears look like lop ears too, just upright.

Dwarfy face so yeah probably holland lop but I have no idea what else. Lop/mini rex mixes are really common around here. Like fostered in my basement right now... And he does actually have a face shape like Jazzy's brothers akathebaby daddies. Anyway most of the time they'll have normal fur and you can't see the rex at all.Lots of irresponsible people seem tothink that lop + rex = loppy rex when it really = uppy eared w/normal fur and a chance of loppy and/or rexy grandbabies if siblings mate.

BTW could you kiss that nose for me? That nose just begs for kissing!

he is American or....

a mutt bunny :D
Really? He is the first one that looks like this that I have come across. He is fairly unusual in these here parts.

Lets see, eye shadow, dark tints at the top, beauty marks, prim proper pose, I'd say pre-madonna.
Is that breed ARBAaccepted yet? :p

it really should be................:biggrin2:

i donno, he doesn't really lot loppy to me. the ears look too short to be a lop......

could he be a nethie/dwarf hotot?

i could be wrong though........................:D

I see alot of buns that resemble him... I thought the eye coloring suggested English spot mix with maybebe another mix. I don't see holland lop at all

good, then i'm not going nuts:biggrin2:

He's awful small to be an English mix, though. I would say he is less than four pounds. The reason I said I thought there was some lop in there was the broad short face, combined with the broad, heavily furred feet. I could be wrong, but now I am getting really curious cause no one seems to be sure. Oooooh, Paaam! LOL:biggrin2:

That side view sure looks "Hollandish". ;)

Pam

you're right on that, now that you mention it:)

maybe it's a nethie/dwarf hotot cross with one of the parents having a lop for a parent or grandparent?
