I have a new kit that was born 5/28/12, it was from a litter of 5 one was stillborn, one was a peanut, one perfectly healthy and two had this issue.with thier hind legs. One of which died yesterday. The hind legs r going towards the rear they don't look like splayed legs and they r not twisted like max factor kits. It seems to be feeding fine and very energetic. At first it didn't move it hind legs now its trying to move them. Anyone else ever deal with this. I have picture but can't post them from here

I haven't had a litter where the kits legs were deformed like that. A picture would be helpful, but if they are pointing to the back rather than out to the sides then I agree with you that it probably isn't splay leg. Given that only 1 out of 4 was healthy, it sounds kind of like a genetic issue. Has this doe had a litter before? With the same buck?

This was her first litter and I know its not splayed legs. It's just wierd that 2kits had it and one already died. This seems to be fighting it might just be my special needs bunny

Have you contacted a vet? It may be better in the long run to debate quality of life. Special needs need special homes. Great if you find a lifetime home, but sometimes things happen and the next home or shelter could be harder.
