when i take butsy out to play, she usually just finds a nice corner to sit in and doesnt do much exercising at all. but doesnt want to go back in her cage ! i know she is not scared of me because when i lay down on the floorshe runs to come sniff me and jumps on me and stuff. so is she scared or just lazy ? . i almost feel bad taking her out of her cage?

maybe she is just content to be out of her cage and to sit where she pleases. Some of my buns take full advantage of excercise and hop around, some plop their bunny butt beside me and others find a quiet corner and just sit there.

My foster Flash is like that. When I have him out for playtime he just sort of sits in one place. He only reacts when I hold a treat out for him. I'm starting to try to stimulate him with toys, etc. Hopefully, he will get more playful and interactive.

She might just be lazy. One of my lops is very lazy and only spends about a minute per day really running around. The rest of the time he's moving around slowly, or sleeping.
