So I've had my mini rex CoCoa for a few weeks now but these past few days she has been starting to worry me! She seems to be overly lazy. Every time she gets let out she comes out and explores for maybe two minutes, then goes to her favorite spot and lays down until she wants to go back in her cage for some water and food, then she repeats the process. She eats and everything just fine & I've even noticed her poops becoming more regular now that she's adjusting to her new diet but I haven't seen her do one binky in three days! She seems to be a happy bun other than the laziness and comes to see me every time I go to her cage and she isn't hopping funny or anything like that. Should I take her to a vet?

It's probably not necessary to take her to the vet. Domestic rabbits, in general, are not very active. If they haven't been out of the cage for awhile, they usually like to run and explore a bit, but most will then lay down and just veg out.

Similar to cats and dogs, some breeds are more active than others but when they're inside, they lay around a lot like the spoiled pets they are. :) The change is probably just that CoCoa is starting to become more comfortable with her surroundings and relax a bit. Since rabbits are prey animals, they will be more active and alert in new environments. Once it becomes a home, they're not as nervous about showing their true temperament- whether that's lazy or active or something else.

Of course, if you start to notice a change in bathroom habits, eating, drinking, etc., it's time to consider a vet. But otherwise, the transition sounds pretty normal to me.

Yeah, that's what I thought it might be but I just thought she should have more energy for a baby rabbit. She seems more active today though which made me happy. She even did a few binkies :)

have you considered getting her a friend? Gazzles was SO lazy when I first got her - she never binkied and mostly just laid around doing nothing. as she's spent more and more time with hyperactive Nala, though, she's become a lot more active. Nala actually taught her how to do binkies and now they love to do bunny 500s together (Gaz even instigates them most of the time). Nala also taught her how to jump up the levels in the condo, how to chew on and dig at the condo and how to thump over every minor displeasure, lol. I think without her friend, Gazzles would just sit around like a lump most of the time.
