I just got this 5 year old bunny off kijiji from a nice home 2 days ago. He has this large (1.5 inches in diameter) bald, hard lump on his tummy (near his tail). I can hear him grunt when he pees and he is constantly peeing (3 times in 10 minutes).

There is no rabbit vet within 2 hours of my house. I really need help --- he is such a good cute bunny, but he does need help.

He doesnt mind when i poke budge...

I know the picture is gross, his butt is all cleaned up now -- that was right after the move when he was all stressed out.

Buldge is about the size of a tennis ball.

Well, there's the obvious worry with finding lumps, a possible tumor. With the urinary problems you are seeing, the kidneys are likely affected. I don't know if a bladder/kidney stone is a possibility. With him grunting it is obviously causing him pain when he pees, so whatever it is, is also affecting the urinary tract.

If vet cost is a concern, you could try finding a rabbit rescue, to see if they can take him in.
