Aww, I hope Knut gets to go where there is enough room for him and a girlie friend Maybe he'll get moved to some zoo close to Berlin so the fans aren't too angry

I'm going to the Milwaukee County Zoo today. They have two polar bears there and Zero, the male, is turning 19 in a week or so

DH and I have been following the Knut news. He's already 450 pounds and far from mature! Check out the Berlin Zoo web site for a bunch of videos.

By the way , Schleich has a polar bear that looks just like Knut. DH got me one yesterday.

Aww, we love Knut! Paul likes to play Youtube videos of Knut and the songs always get stuck in my head.

Awww, me too! Glad to hear there are bunches of zoos that can offer him enough space for a mate that are near by in europe!

I went to the zoo... It was cold and snowy outside. You would THINK Mr. Zero the polar bear would be outside? Nope. Not one little white hair. Jerk. :grumpy:

Awww that sucks. I guess captive polar bears don't get to cold . I've never seen a polar bear in a zoo yet. Just in the wild.
