PerezHilton.com has just exclusively confirmed with the Jonas Brothers' publicist that eldest bro, Kevin, 21, is engaged to marry his longtime girlfriend, Danielle.

His parents, Kevin Sr. and Denise Jonas, just released the following statement: "Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle Deleasa for her hand in marriage. Her answer was yes and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family. Kevin and Danielle have not yet set a date. Family is very dear to us and we hope we have raised Kevin to be a wonderful man and husband. Please join us in our families celebration and in congratulating Kevin and Danielle. Thank you for all of your support. "

I'll never understand the rush to get married.. my goodness! I couldn't even imagine being maried at 21.. I'm just too independent and stubborn to tie the knot that early.. LOL!

Wish them the best.. and hope the media doesn't corrupt their marriage like most of Hollywood hook ups. Can't say I like the music or them, but they seem like nice guys!

They have been dating awhile, they met in 2007, she didn't know who he/they were at first either, which i think is cool and gives them a (much)better chance of making it. she didn't go after him(because he was (kinda, then) famous), he went after her, too. i think they'll do just fine, they seem to be very down to earth and realistic. their parents raised them well,i believe. and the ring ! beautiful! oooh, and i think the little bros are planning on having their new sister travel with them(via their twitter-"congrats big brother.....Dani welcome to the family, we can't wait to have you join us on the road! love Joe and Nick"). it's funny, we were watching JONAS(pizza girl) and i was just thinking that kevin had gotten old eough to be thinking about marriage:rollseyes!
