Keeping lop ears clean

So Franklin is a frenchie and has those ears are in everything. I've just been wiping them down with a wet paper towel and blow drying them. He tolerates it but it looks like he's losing the fur on the end of his ears. With his URI and his weight loss he's looking pretty ratty. Any tips for those lovely ears?

my rabbit has somewhat long ears so i use ear wipes from my petstore that help prevent infections, its meant for dogs rabbits and some other pet and i use them every now and then just to try to keep his ears good and prevent anything but otherwise my bunny does pretty good when it comes to keeping his ears clean
