Just wanted to say hello

Hello I just joined the forum and wanted to say hi.
My daughter's bunny poptart will be 1 in may. She is black and white.
poptart has been not feeling well but is getting better everyday.
At first she would not eat or drink and had not pooped.
But now she will not eat her pellets but will eat cillantro, green leaf lettuce,timmothy hay, broccoli, and cranraising.
But we still can get here to drink so I went and got some pedialyte and got a syringe and give her liquids that way.
She has finally started to poop now and has more energy any suggestions to get her to drink.
Oh by the way she is very spoiled and picky:colors::elephant:.

My first thought is Poptart won'tdrink, is because she is notthirsty. You mentioned green leaflettuce, so maybe she is getting enoughfluids from that. Keep a fresh bowlof water by her, incase shedoes want to drink. And haveHay available at all times too.Does she like pumpkin? That is a verygood source of fibre, if you are worriedabout poops. Maybe some Oats would encourage her toeat.

Keep the Craisins to a minimum (one or two a day)as treats, as they are sugarand can upset their stomach.

What kind of bunny is Poptart?

I should of mentionedyou can getcanned pumpkin in the baking section,and the ingredients should beonly pumpkin with no additives. A tablespoonor twoin a bowl is a good start. Youcan freeze pumpkin inseveral littleplastic bags,which one bagcan hold a few feedings at atime.

I am not sure what kind she is. She will only weigh no more than 6lbs.
Tried the pumpkin and she does not like it
But I just gave her oatmeal and she loves that

Hi Baisey, welcome to RO. I look forward to seeing pictures of Poptart.

BTW I would leave the pumpkin out for a while. It took my 4 awhile before they actually ate it, now they go nuts when they smell it.
