Just a Coat Question

I have a male holland lops along with my male mixed breed and i have noticed that my lops is like medium haired. He has longer hair than my mixed breed and sheds more.. he is not long hair but longer. Is this normal for him to have such long hair?

Is it maybe the guard hairs you are seeing? They stand a bit further out from the coat which makes it look longer

Lop coats have a tendency to be a little longer, especially since there are many lops that carry the wooled gene.
