Hellloooo.... I just recently joined here and thought I would start a blog. I just got my first bun on Tuesday night. She is a Tan and her name is Hazel. I got her from a local petstore for free because someone found her in their yard and dropped her off there. She is very friendly and loves to be petted but isn't too fond of being picked up or held. I have noticed that she has a tattoo in her ear and it worries me that she might've been someone's rabbit. I have been thinking about putting an ad in the local paper about a found rabbit but it scares me that someone will actually claim her. I have fallen in love with her already and I can't stand the thought of giving her up. But then again... it makes me feel bad to think that someone could be missing her.

I'll keep you all updated.

OK! I put some in my intro post, but I'll re-post them here with a few more. The only camera I have right now is my phone but I think these turned out okay.

Thanks guys. Well... lately I have been feeling frustrated because she has started to bite. I don't get it.... she was so gentle and kind when I first got her but now she bites me whenever I am near her. Actually, I guess it's not a full "bite" (she never draws blood), it's more like a nip. I feel like I did something wrong.... but I don't know what. I have barely picked her up, except to go back in her cage.... she gets tons of time outside her cage... she always has fresh water and food every morning.... ugh. My worst "fear" (or worry) is that she is pregnant... she hasn't pulled any hair out yet but someone told me they will get fiesty sometimes when they are pregnant? I don't know if that's true though.

I still love her so much... I just don't know what happened to her.

Becuase Spaying her could help dramatically.
