Jack & Rue's 7 & 8 week update + pics!!

Heey everyone!


I thought I would update you all on how Rue & Jack are doing They're currently 9 weeks old and there both doing great and they're getting soo big! They still live in the same hutch together while I find a home for lil Jack. Hopefully soon! But they just lovee each other soo much and are inseparable.


Also, Rue still has “airplane” ears that stick straight up unless I push them down… is that normal??

(I hate the new software lol) If your looking at the pics and you can't tell Rue & Jack apart... most of the pics Rue will have airplane ears or if his ears are down they look creased kinda lol and he is lighter than Jack. Jack is bigger and has darker fur and he also has a longer face that isn't as smushed in as Rue's. Hope this helps! I also posted pics of Lila & Charlie.

I can't see them either.

If Rue's ears are vertical at 9 weeks old, he may have a narrow or slipped crown. If they're just airplaned, that is pretty normal for that age range.

I can see now! Yes, they do both look to have slipped crowns. Rue's ears will probably lop eventually if his crown catches up to his head development.

OakRidgeRabbitry: I was thinking they had slipped crowns because their dad (Charlie) has a slipped crown. Lila's crown is good so I was hoping the kits would get her crown.
