Issue in Male Polish Rabbit Genital Area

I have a one year and five month old polish rabbit. Just a couple minutes ago I was petting him and when I went to pick him up, I get a long, hard and scratchy thing on his right genital area. It is almost scab-like, but I really can’t tell for sure. Any info would be so helpful! Thanks!

Looks he just has some gunk in his scent glands to me, it isn't usually too much of a problem. If you want you can try to clean it out with a damp napkin or such.
