Hello, so this is my first post on here so be kind! (Although im sure you all are)

I have two rabbits - Kovu and Simba. They are both lionheads although im not sure whether Kovu has some netherland dwarf in him aswell. I originally just had Kovu and felt he needed a friend and so introduced Simba (very smoothly!) while he was still young.
My questions are:
1. When i get the both castrated in two weeks, will Kovu stop mounting Simba as much? He doesnt do it a lot and its not excessive enough to annoy or hurt Simba but he does do it occasionally!
2. Will the castrate help with their litter training? Previously to getting Simba, Kovu was absolutely amazing - every poo and wee in the litter tray, and now there is poo everywhere! Could this be scent marking because of there being two males?
3. Kovu is a very relaxed rabbit, he rarely runs around and prefers to sit on my bed with me and snuggle.. whereas Simba bounces about and sprints around my room like a crazed beast - hopping and jumping all over! I know this is a sign of happiness, but im slightly worried that Kovu never seems to run around like this? Is that normal, is he just by nature a calm rabbit and is happy in a different way?

Sorry to bombard you with questions! I shall add a picture of my two lovely buns and if anyone can have a guess to what combination of lionhead crosses they might be - i shall be glad to hear it!

Thanks

Neutering should help with the humping. It can take a few weeks for the hormones to have calmed down enough for you to notice a difference. Neutering will only help with hormone related humping, rabbits can still hump for dominance, so there can still be some humping after but it should be much less.
Neutering can also help with litter habits, but it depends on the rabbit. It won't magically make them use the litter box 100%, but should help reduce their want to mark territory and make them use the litter box more. I have 2 intact males (not bonded) who are both pretty good with their litter box. I also recently got a bonded pair that have been spayed and neutered who are not so good with their litter box habits, at least when it comes to poops.
Some rabbits are just more active than others. As long as they can move around and are no injured or anything, then it should be fine. You should keep an eye on their weights to make sure they don't get too fat or too thin.
