I Believe its the "&" in their name. The forum seems to have issues with that.
Their profile and posts all look valid to me.
Pipp mentions the issue with & here when this user had a problem with it....

I dont think there really is any way to....
They will have to change their name I guess. I left them a note in their most recent topic. Its all up to them/the admin for a name change now I think.
