Is there anywhere in the west you can buy Duratrays? Preferably in Utah, Idaho and or Oregon.

You can buy them from most cage supply companies and have them shipped. Tractor Supply also carries heavy plastic drop trays. They are not as heavy or durable as Duratrays, but would work if you can't ship at this time.

You can buy trays of varying sizes at most pet stores. I'd then use something as a spacer in all 4 corners for the hutch to set on.
