and would lucy at night times be ok with a bath sheet over her cage to give her some

privacy and should i leave a window open for her as well cause we havnt as yet got a cooling fan

I have fans oscilating (sp?) on my bunnies at all times during this time of year, even if the air conditioning is on. ;)

Before we got our A/C last month, we would keepa small fan directed towards the rabbits and it really helped them.Poor things were really suffering before the A/C.

I have fans running in my barn yearround. I don't know if the fans ever get a break! When theA/C is on so are the fans to keep the air moving. Even in thewinter when the heater is on I have a least one fan running on high tokeep air circulating. ;)It feels so much better in the barnwith the air moving anytime of the year rather then 'still' air. :)

Varna Iwouldnt put anything over the top of thecage , it will hold in unecessaryheat, unless the air temperature goesbelow 40 degrees I would keepthe window open for the aircirculation , just like people fesh airis good for them .

I have 2 fans going all the time. Onesits right in front of the window to draw the air in and the other ison the floor and oscillates around at the buns and theferrets. I'm really lucky that none of my critters are wirechewers.

Katy & I don't have a fan for Emmy. So,in the summer, we put her in the basement were it's cool and cozy forher. Plus, she has a large area for her to hop around with. I think Ishould suggest this idea to my parents!

:jumpforjoy:Sounds like a very good idea to me!
