Is George a good specimen?

I just got this pet rabbit from a woman who found him in her yard early ths year. His is about 10 pounds. Is he a Californian? He has red eyes.

What would make him a cull?

George may be of mixed commercial breeding and appears to be a "blue" point rather than the desired black pointed Cal. He also appears to have a complete lack of color on some points (feet/tail, which is a DQ for Cals.)

Pam said what i was thinking! lack of color on the feet and tail, and wayy to light on the face. he's purdy though.
