Is a crusty nose a bad sign?

I have a 2 year old male Holland Lop eared rabbit. He is as normal as he could be with the exception of having dried, crusty fur around his nose. Do bunnies get colds? How can I help him?

I'd take him to the vet to get checked out.

out of curiosity, what sort of bedding do you use? if it's cedar or pine shavings, that could be causing the crusties around the nose...
