What is/are the best size(s) for a dwarf rabbit cage? What brands are best for cages? (Brands sold in Canada only please)?

It would depend how long each day the rabbit was in the cage. I don't have a cage at all for Honey, a carrier & an xpen are what I use. The xpen [exercise pen] is like for dogs: 8-sided metal bars.

As big as possible, dwarf breeds are more active than larger breeds also. If you do an nic cage then you can do multiple levels

I think it would be better to use an X-pen and litter train your bunny, if not you could use a dog crate.
