My husband and I have had our house rabbits for a long time, and we decided to open a pet store (not an ordinary store, mind you, most of our animals are rescues from shelters looking for homes.) Well, as luck had it, we are losing the facility. That means that my personal rabbits as well as the 4 adoptables need immediate help.
The adoptables:
10 month old male black new zealand - neutered
10+ month old female mixed breed - spayed
Bonded pair: Californian male & new zealand black male, both neutered.
My rabbits (live in a colony together)
Herschel - 4 years old rex, neutered, can be very fiesty
Marlowe - 3 years old, dwarf mix agouti male, neutered, easy going
Jasper - 3 years old, black dwarf mix male, neutered, high strung & bonded to Marlowe
Elwood - 2 years old, blue dutch male, neutered, super friendly
Lucy - english spot, lop mix female. Not spayed, unknown age. Loves everyone and everything.
I was originally looking for temporary housing for my pet rabbits, but no one is able to help, so I am reaching out to this community that understands the importance of proper care & adaquate attention. I did not want to put them on craigslist or anything like that, as they require way more than the average pet. I have 2 bales of hay that can go with some. I would like to keep those bonded together.
