I'm sick -

The doctor pulled me from work, so I'm off until Tuesday night. :shock:I have no clue as to what I'll do with all my free time.

This is an ongoing problem I have, but this time the ear infection is getting bad pretty fast. Hopefully the medicine I'll be picking up later this afternoon will put a stop to it.

Still, having any time off from work is a great relief so I wont complain too much.

ouch i hope you feel better soon. Pressure point massage is really good for your sinus's and hot stones are fabulous as well

I waited too long and didn't pick my medicine up in time. I guess that will be the first thing on my list for tomorrow. I'm like a kid in a candy store with all of this time on my hands. I really do want to get feeling better though, so I'll slow down for a little bit, I guess.

As for feeling bad though, at times the pain in my right ear especially is awful. That is no picnic. This is the worst time of the year for me, as far as sinus and ear troubles go. Like clockwork, everything acts up in October.

I have regualr sinus problems too

I'm sorry you have to deal with it.When my sinuses get really bad I use a neti pot, which looks a little bit like a teapot. The basics of it: you put saline water in and stick the 'spout' up one nostril and pour until it comes out the other side

it sounds really gross, but it helps me SO much that I gave up caring.

Gosh! I get ear infections too! actually I'm getting one I think. I retain fluid on my eardrum sometimes - that's where I am now.

I hope you feel better soon. I know how miserable it is. As for your free time? How about REST! and let your body heal!? LOL!
