Gosh I know, it's scary.:shock:The farm I keep my horse on is right next to a river and when I went up this morning the river had totally burst its banks a good7 metres on either side and has risen scarily high. It's seriously freaky. Two of the fields and the path leading to the large geldings field are totally covered in several feet of water so the poor horses are stable bound for now.:?
Luckily Durham city centre isn't actually too bad (thankfully we are a hilly city so only the actual river banks flood), although Morpeth in Northumberland (which is fairly near here) has had some really bad flooding with quite a lot of people having to be evacuated.:?
What are the water levels like where you are Becca? Unless you are near a river I seriously wouldn't worry.
