Tomorrow lunchtime I'm going away until Friday with 9 of my closest friends to Centreparcs!! WOO!

I've never been before, but they all went a couple of years ago- I couldn't go because me and Steve were in Sri Lanka (oh dear what a shame :p) at the time, but that's kind of a moo point lol.

For those non-UKers that haven't heard of Centreparcs, here is the site:

It's like a giant village in the middle of the forest (about an hour away from me), with individual chalets that you stay in, a giant swimming pool area with slides, rapids etc, and restaurants, bars, etc all in a big plaza. There's also tons of activities to do such as horseriding, canoeing, archery, quadbiking, zip line, etc etc. You name it and you can probably do it there!

I'm sharing a room with my best friend, there's 6 of us in one chalet and 5 in the other, including my friend's little baby girl!

I have spent most of the weekend getting clothes, toiletries and food together to go. It's one of my friend's birthdays while we're there so we're throwing him a surprise birthday BBQ!

I'm really looking forward to getting away for a few days and chilling out and being silly and having a laugh with my friends. We all need it, as there's been a lot of drama going on in our group the past couple of months that has upset us all. We can't wait to get away from the drama llamas and have some fun!

Although I shall miss Steve and the bunners terribly :nerves1 Steve said could he come to the gates and give me a hug one day, lol! :p

So yeah, don't miss me too much! :D

Thanks guys! :D

I shall miss RO! I will be able to check the forum on and off on my iPhone if there's signal but it's a hassle to post so I probably wont....

I just looked at the weather forecast- heavy rain tomorrow, rain Tuesday and Thursday.... :nerves1

have a great time:biggrin2: am looking forward to pics of you on the zipwire:D

read this thread before i read your 'dinner' one. yep rain on the way:cry2so i guess the zip wire will be out of the question:coolness:

Thanks guys!

I'm leaving in about 5 minutes when my friends pick me up. I'm SO paranoid that I've packed too big a bag, even though I have clothes for 4 days, towels because we have to take our own for the chalet and for swimming, 2 big shopping bags of food and (lots of) wine! I don't want them to make fun of me for taking too much lol! :nerves1 And yes, I'm always this paranoid!

I've said goodbye to the bunnies and to Steve.... One of my friends dropped out- he said he can't afford it even though the accommodation is already paid for- he just needs to buy food to take with him which is a shame but there was no changing his mind :(:(

See you all on Friday! :D

'Its a moo point, it's like a cow's opinion. Its moo'

Was that intentional, or a typo? Still made me laugh!

Intentional! Why say anything properly when you can say it the Joey way?! :)
Ha ha ha ha. Omg, I've actually just laughed out loud at that. Moo point...classic!:D

I got back at about 3pm this afternoon! I'm SHATTERED. There was so much walking as our chalet was 35mins walk away from most other things, and I tried to keep up with my friends and do everything they did, which resulted in my feeling very dizzy a lot of the time. The first night I was honestly thinking I would have to go home the next day but I just kept going somehow.

But I had a brilliant time! The pool was amazing. The rapids were crazy and definitely the best thing. I was a little worried about being in a swimming costume in front of my friends (there were 4 guys and 5 of us girls) but once you go down the rapids you have to get over that- going headfirst, sideways, backwards, upside down etc! We went for our last swim this morning and 7 of us went down a big slide in the rapids at once, and all ended up in a big pile at the bottom. Never laughed so much!

I have lots of pictures to upload and scan, and I bought 2 disposable underwater cameras there as well so I could take lots of pictures in the pool and on the rapids. I can't wait to get them developed and onto a CD!! :biggrin2:

I missed Steve stupidly. It's the longest time we've been apart for about 2 years, and it was very hard! He kept sending me pictures of the bunnies to cheer me up. Apparently Dotty spent all night jumping on the bed while I was gone looking for me, and ended up having to snuggle with Steve instead. This afternoon I had a big long cuddle with her and got lots of bunny kisses :)

Mouse and Chalk have been as naughty and as cheeky as ever! And Barney and Snowy have been their well-behaved selves bless them :)

Looking forward to a weekend doing nothing at all, especially not any walking! Poor Steve had a horrible week, working from 6am-midnight most days so he's happy to have me back to cheer him up a bit :)

I will post some pictures soon! It's good to be back and I'm looking forward to catching up everywhere :D

Glad to hear that you had a great time! :) I laughed at the part where Dotty had to "settle" for Steve-cuddles! :p Bunnies pick their people, don't they? It sounds like you had a great time! :D
