Are you able to go out to the store and get ingredients?

This is a good kinda-asian recipe that's easy to make.

Just brown the ground beef in a pan, add the sauce, turn down the heat, add the baby spinach for 1 minutes, then turn off. Mix the noodles into it then and serve.

Preparation time 6 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Makes 4 servings

1/2 (450 g) pkg spaghetti or linguine, about a 1-inch (2.5-cm) bunch
1/4cup (50 mL) teriyaki or soy sauce
2 to 3 tsp (10 to 15 mL) hot chili-garlic sauce
1tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed lime juice
1tbsp (15 mL) dark sesame oil
1lb (500 g) lean ground beef, chicken or pork
10oz (284 g) bag baby spinach, about 7 cups (1.75 L)
1/2cup (125 mL) chopped fresh coriander or basil

1.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Then add pasta and cook, uncovered and stirring occasionally, until al dente, from 10 to 12 minutes. Then drain pasta well.
2.
While pasta is boiling, in a small bowl, stir teriyaki sauce with 2 teaspoons (10 mL) chili-garlic sauce, Worcestershire and lime juice. Heat oil in a large, wide frying pan, preferably non-stick, over medium heat. When hot, crumble meat into pan. Using a fork or wooden spoon, stir frequently to break up meat until no pink remains, from 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in teriyaki mixture. Stir often, about 2 minutes. Add spinach and coriander. Continue to cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until spinach is wilted, from 2 to 3 minutes. Then add drained hot noodles and stir until well mixed. Taste and, for a hotter kick, stir in remaining teaspoon (5 mL) chili-garlic sauce and a little lime juice, if you like. Serve immediately

cremy boynsenberry puddings <--- dessert?

lol so you see your idea atm is the best lol

Taco's are easy if you can get to the grocery store and they have the stuff.

You can buy shells and the mix in the states. Then you just need whatever everyone wants as toppings and ground beef.

What sort of food do they like? Lasagna is really pretty easy and yummy! with some garlic bread and a salad it makes a really nice dinner.

well my sister wants taco for dinner, meriunges toped with whip cream for dessert im making calzone for her lunch, mouse trap for her breakie and lotsa other goodies through out da day! ( i feel like a house mum! hahaha jokes )
