Just got my letter of acceptance from the Veterinary Technology program I applied to.:big wink: I start this fall! Yay! The only thing I am not looking forward to is the pre-exposure rabies vaccines I have to get now. :shock:

So excited. Hopefully this will help get me closer to wildlife/exotics work!

Congratulations! I had my rabies series done last year before I went to Kenya (which means they're one of the vaccines I don't have to get before I start vet school in the fall). Just a heads up on reactions, after I got the second one I (and 2 friends had the same reaction) woke up feeling so sore it was like I'd been hit by a truck. Take a pain killer before bed and you won't regret it. I was fine for the 1st and 3rd though.
