Since this is the rescue section of the forum (vs. the breeding section) - I went to petfinder to see if I could find any flemish giants in Ohio...and I found this one...
Yes, since this is the rescue me section, we tend to veer towards rescues/shelters for adoptions. But feel free to post a quick note in the rabbitryif you aremainly looking for a breeder.
I know babies are super adorable and it's fun to see them grow, but I'd strongly suggest keeping adults open as a possibility too. Especially if you are looking for a certain personality to click with your family or life, adopting an adult rabbit is a great wayto find a personality that you click with. Also good to know about some of their quirks!
i don't know where in ohio you are, but i live in MI and right now i am actually fostering a young flemmie for the rescue i work for. his name is quetip and is such a doll. loves to binky and get his head scratched. here is his petfinder page. http://search.petfinder.com/petnote/displaypet.cgi?petid=11701643. i would guess he is somewhere around six months old.
---ignore this, i just realized i replied to your other post:foreheadsmack:
