I went outside and worked on my "garden" for awhile. I don't have a yard, being that I live in an apartment, but I do have some nice planters out on the porch! :) Enjoy!

Overview of the largest planter. It's actually a small fish pond that I filled with dirt. :)

Very pretty purple pansy. It looks blue in pictures, though:

My other planter is just a large pot. I wasn't feeling creative about it. :)

I also have yellow/purple pansies in that planter, but I forgot to take pictures of them! Some of the plants look wilty, but that's because I just bought them today and they are just settling in! :D I hope you like the pictures!

Try daffodils. I haven't had any bad lucky with them! You just plant them and remember to water them every once in awhile! ;) I can't keep a lot of plants alive, so I stick to what I know I can keep! I can't keep palm plants or snapdragons alive to save my life!

Oh, boy, do I know what you mean, kerrmann...I have such an awful time with plants!

I really wish I could claim to even have a brown thumb...but I really only have any luck with succulents or grass (as in wheat grass that you buy from pet stores, lol).

Love the garden pictures!! They're BEAUTIFUL!! And LOVE the sign, too! :D

I have a really hard time with succulents, too. I have even killed several cacti... :( I am doing well with a rubber plant and a little pitcher plant. I have killed a few spider plants, but the one I have now is doing well. I do well with outdoor plants, I've noticed. I haven't had problems with lilies, daffodils, and tulips. Well, I just have to remember to water them if it doesn't rain enough! :D The buckthorn and garlic mustard out past my porch seem to be thriving! :twitch:

Thanks, everyone! :)

EDIT: I wanted to add that Wal*Mart by us had their bulbs on sale for 50 cents. :) You might want to check your local Wal*Mart! They might have some still hiding in their floral area! :D
