I need to gain weight

I need to gain some weight becuase I love dancing and excerising but I lose weight really easily.
I looked it up and found a 5 day guide which I am going to follow.
This is what I have to eat tomorrow

Day one
Breakfast
2 weetabix with 1 tsp brown sugar and 1 dessertspoon sunflower seeds
with semi skimmed milk
1 slice of white bread with a little butter and 1 tsp honey
1 apple or peach

Mid Morning
1 portion of ice cream

Lunch
Smoked Mackeral Pate, salad

Mid afternoon
Flapjack

Evening
Pasta with Basil and Ricotta
tomato salad
1 banana

Beditme
mug of horlicks and 1 rich tea biscuit




 
You're so lucky that you're still in the age of having to gain weight, instead of losing it!!! And your manu looks more than delicious! I'm sure it'll work.

If you lived here in Canada you could frequent a Tim Horton's every day (I swear, there's one every 50 feet away on every street in every city), order an Iced Capp Supreme...you'd gain tons of weight in no time. ;)

And in one small size (10 oz), there are 250 calories, and 11 grams of fat. They're soon going to have to make the seats on the buses wider...:biggrin2:
 
Baby bunnies I have the same problem I eat like a horse to keep my weight up You can find me with tonsilitis and still trying to eat a few days not eating and the lbs drop off!! The diet looks really good to help you maintain yoru weight pasta is carbohydrates and good for slow burning I think its a long time since i did diet and nutrition!!

:laugh:OMG LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I worked at a Tim Hortons, everything she said is true! Lol!

LOl ok MsBinky - told you i was rather gullible.

and polly your right u are like me i eat and eat and eat, but i'm so engergectic always on the go, i use the energy up before it has time to turn into fat.
