I need help

I have a blackberry Pearl, And i have absolutly no clue how to use it properly. I'm having trouble sending picture messages, and also receiving them. When someone sends me a picture message it tells me to go to telusmobility.com/snap . It says to sign in.. and when i do it says ( im doing it as I type this, for the 100th time) I don't know my password .. Oh your kidding me, it's working now.:disgust:

Now that i've got that settled, how do I send picture messages ?
