HI,

I am new at this. I just need some advice. We justbought a bunny and she is so cute. But whenever we take herout of her cage to play with her about 5 minutes later she will pee onthe blanket on our bed. Thats where we let her hop around for now. Anysuggeations. Is there a way to tell if she is going to pee orif she has already?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum Dancing Bunny! :D

I can usually tell when my bunny is about to pee. He likes tocrouch down and stick his tail up LOL. By the time I noticeit's usually too late though.

Check out the Cheat Sheet it has TONS of good information to help youwith all your bunny needs ;)including litterboxtraining.

Probably the best thing to do is put down aplastic sheet wherever you are going to let her play, that way,clean-up isn't so bad.

Work on litter training and make sure that when she is out of her cage, she has access to a litter box or can get back into her cage.

Welcome to the forum,

How old is your bunny???

Training to go potty where you want them takes time.
Young bunnies find it harder in some cases, not all but some are harder to train than others.

Good luck and enjoy your bunny :D:D:D:D

I would suggest getting a play pen and setting itup in that room, I've heard that the bed isn't the best place for a bunwho isn't litter trained....

but if you still would like her on the bed, you could buy some waterrepellent sheets and lay those on top, just make sure she doesn'tingest any of it! Good luck
