I feel like that sometimes... and then I'll feel like "Gosh, I'm just whining!" but stuff can really get you down sometimes. I have found that if I sit down and think about or even write down what is bothering me..... then take each thing and think it through.... Can I change it? Is it my fault? Is it really important to my life forever? Is it temporary?
That will sometimes help me get through those things.
Right now, I'm just sicker than a dog. I think I need to see a doc.... if I had a high fever, I'd think it were swine flu.... I've coughed all night and I hate being sick! I have stuff to do!!! :X
