I finally got my drivers license!

I am 20 and just finally got my drivers license today, I am sooo excited! My parents would never teach me, so Ryan has been slowly teaching me for a while now. The big push to get my license was when Ryan booked a flight to Madison, Wisconsin for March 4th-9th to visit his sister and talk about the plans of us moving out there in a year.

I have already driven to Kohls myself and the grocery store. It was pretty scary at first and I talked to myself a lot to get through it, lol!

Congrats! I got mine 2 years ago when I was 23. I was scared to learn but now that I have it I dont' know why I waited so long. Being able to drive is the best thing ever!

I can't even imagine waiting into the 20's to get a license. Around here, everything is so spread out, and the only public transportation is calling a cab, it's impossible to not have one. Also pretty much everyone demands a license as ID, so even the people who don't drive get one. Drivers Ed is standard in school.

(I wish I lived somewhere where it was different!)

Thanks, guys! It does feel good having my license and knowing I can go where I want now.

We have a busy high way where the mall, Petco, PetSmart, Ross, and all the major shopping is...that is where I want to go...but it is just so busy during "rush hour" times...and that is pretty much the only time I can go after work. I could go later, but I hate driving in the dark. I just have to get more used to driving alone before I go on that highway during busier times.
