I am starting college tomorrow...

... I don't wanna go! I feel like a little kid again begging Mommy to not make me go to school. Unfortunately, this is college, and I have to suck it up and be an adult. But... I don't wanna!

I am going back to college to be a phlebotomist (fleh-bot-ta-mist), which is a person who does blood draws, etc. It's only a 12 or 16 credit degree, so I figured that I could get my lazy self to do it. Silly me. I am starting with 3 classes this semester, hopefully 3 next semester, then finishing it with 1 final class the following Spring.

Right now, I am taking Communications in Health Occupations, Intro. to Healthcare Computing, and Medical Laws, Ethics, and Profess... I have Communications and Healthcare Comp. on Tuesdays, and Communications again and Medical Law on Thursdays. On a bright note, I get to sleep in a little! My earliest class is at 9:00AM!

My schedule is kind of screwy. I have a class Tues. & Thurs. 9:00-11:25am, then on Tues. I have a class that doesn't start until 2:30pm and lasts 'til 5:25pm. On Thursdays, my second class starts at 12:00pm and gets out at 3:55pm. So, on Tuesdays, I have a gap between 11:25-2:30pm. Three hours of NOTHING! Since I am 5-10 minutes away from the tech. college, I will just go home and relax, do homework, come online, etc. I really am striving for nothing below a B! We'll see if that happens!
