Domino, my 7 year old dutch mix, keeps shaking her head and appears cranky. I looked inside her ears and saw nothing but I did feel a white bump on the outside of one of her ears.

I am going to call my Vet tomorrow and hopefully get an appt for her. :/

Any idea why she could be shaking her head so much?

Could be ear mites or an ear infection. Definitely get it checked asap.

My advice would be- if your vet isn't a rabbit specialist try to find one- things like that can be hard to diagnose and treat and the more experience the vet has with rabbits the better.

My rabbit was doing that and the vet said she has an eye infection but in your case it mite be an ear infection. They will give you some medicine and probably an injection. My rabbit is 2 and 1 half years old. That infection is the first illness she has ever had. (She is going through it now)

We went to the Vet this morning. They are Rabbit savvy.

Anyways, her teeth have spurs on the molars and the Vet detected a Mass in her abdomen. :( I am to cut out her Timothy Pellets to the minimum andlet her have unlimited hay which I do anyways, but now that she is going to get less pellets, she will eat the hay more.

The Mass is a concern. We are not in a good financial way and have to get some money together to get the teeth done. They said that they have to do it under anaesthetic. :(
