I went to the store today to get another litterpan for MeatHead. Well on the way home from the store some one asked meif I knew anyone that would like a pretty girl bun. She is young andsame colour as MeatHead. Well I took her home. uh oh my hubby will bemad at me.

I decided to call her SweetPea.

Pics on the way.

He's going to havea .I hope you can keep her.

Ooh - be careful. Make sure you keepher quarantined until you know she's healthy. You don't wantMeathead getting sick.

Gypsy started a good thread on quarantine. It's good reading.

Good point Laura

Some info you Angel
Always quarantine any new rabbit for 2-3, weeks, 3 weeksis better. The reason being some pathogens (pasturella ( proper ) notthe viral infection that causes weepy eyes andsnuffles )are not present for up to 3 weeks It is also a good idea to havethe new rabbit checked by a vet before introducing him to your existingrabbit. After the quarantine, move the new rabbit's cage into the roomwith the existing rabbit. Place their cages at least 3ft apart to allowthe rabbits to get used to each other's scent. They should be able tosmell and see each other, but not able to touch. You can allow separateexercise time in the same area, but make sure that the rabbits cannotbite one another through the cage bars.
A list of somethings That should be kept onhand at all times , but more importantly, when buying a new Rabbit
1: hand sanatizer
2: bottle of Alcohol
3: Rubber Gloves
4: bleach for disinfecting cages
5: A small Litter pan for bleach /water mixture
6:Face mask
7: 2 clean spray bottles , one for bleachspray and one for alcohol spray.

Good Job lol, very very sneaky , and very worthyof something I myself would do !!!!

Is Meathead neutered? If not, he might think the stuffed bear is his "girlfriend". She's big enough!

LOL, I looked at the first picture and thought

"There's no bunny in this picture.. I must be blind"

Then I looked at the second and thought

"Wow, this new bunny looks exactly like Meat Head"

Then I looked at the third and thought

"WOW! I can't believe how much she looks like Meat Head... but what's up with the stuffed animal...."

I still didnt get it till I read everyone else's posts.
