I don't want to spark off another "To Breed or Not to Breed" discussion but was wondering how close I'd come to a "worthwhile" breed by breeding those to rabbits:
buck: probably German lop or other small sized lop (opinions welcome!)

doe: daughter of above lop (her mother is a mixed breed with possibly some lop in her):

Just to avoid misunderstandings: breeding is not my intention at this stage I am wondering out of curiosity

I always thought that was ok? I thought it was only brother and sister that shouldn't mate?

It is ok, but you should really understand inbreeding before you do it, and since you may not have experience doing regular breeding, thenI don't suggest it. I've been breeding for two years and I still don't know anything about inbreeding, even though I have no intentions of ever doing it.

I will breed mother to son or father to daughter or 1/2 sibling but I won't breed full siblings. Linebreeding can set the type in your rabbits and is usefull in starting your own line of rabbits that will be consistent. It also can bring out bad traits so be careful when deciding to try it.
