Local want ads of your newpaper or you might be able to build one for less than $100 by doing some judicious scrounging around for scrap lumber, wire, etd. You will be hard pressed to find a commercially available one suitable for year round outside use for a reasonable price.
Commericially available ones often use thin plywood, weak framing and staple construction instead of screw. You might find something on E-Bay, which is just thought, or convert something into a suitable hutch. I convert dog crates into efficient rabbit cages, but they are not to function outside like a hutch.
One tip, though, is to install wheels on whatever hutch(es) you end up with. Children's bicycle wheels enable me to move our hutches around the yard, out of inclement weather and to prevent urine/feces build-up from incurring at any one spot or location.
