Hi there and welcome!

Is your girl spayed? That would be your first step to finding her a companion if you havent already.

As for finding her a boyfriend, have you checked http://www.petfinder.com ?

Heres a few I found in your area (Gainesville):

Shadow, a hurricane Katrina rescue:

Hope that helps! Its great to adopt from a shelter bc the bunnies are already spayed/neutered. Plus many will allow you to bring your girl in for bunny dates to meet the boys if shes spayed!

Heres some photos of her.. photobucket is uploading extremly slooooow today. Wish I could upload here directly from my laptop.

Yeah, shes spayed and yup, Ive looked at GRR..nothing I absolutly wanted. Took me years to find the first rabbit(bunn), saw hundredsjust not EXACTLY what I want and I wont settle for less. I do check at GRR regularly though, because of course I'd like to adopt if need be, but I want another baby, and the chances of them having a baby netherland dwarf is very slim. I'm particular with the dwarfs because I travel alot and I like taking my bunns with me, and carrying two 20 pounders wouldnt be fun :) lol So, thanks for the info. I am sort of doing my part in the rescue world though already.. I volunteer on a daily basis at Gainesville Pet Rescue.

ahh ok. A lot of people dont even know rabbit rescues exist (I didnt until a few years ago)so I always try to mention it ;)

One thing, if you see a rescue bunny in another state, we frequently do transports. Right now we're moving one from Michigan to Minnesota (a 9 hour trip)! So if you find a bunny you fall in love with in another state, chances are we can help get him to you :)

And your girl is just adorable!!!

Hey, I noticed you never started a blog for Bunn... We need some more pictures of your gorgeous girl!

Any luck finding her a boyfriend? :)

Hi Tracey,

Welcome to the forum. I just took a sick bunny from a group of wonderful people in Gainesville. They were very concerned about this rabbit and made arrangements to get him transported all the way to NC for me to treat. If you are looking for a friend for Bunn, please give thepeople at Gainesville Rabbit Rescue a holler. They are really good people and have some wonderful rabbits that I am sure would be very appreciative for a safe home and a friend. Let me know if I can help you with contact information.

Randy
